• Product must be unused, original, and in original packaging

• Only defective, damaged, or wrong items are eligible

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Accessories without original packing

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection

• COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
